Payment and Prices

We cannot except part payments, all payments have to be made in full by the buyer before we can dispatch any product. NHS Orders: We require a purchase order reference number for all NHS orders, via email, fax or post:

NHS Wheelchair Vouchers: Any product paid via part payment such as an NHS Wheelchair Voucher remains the property of Ugo Ltd until we receive full payment. We reserve the right not to dispatch any such product until we have received an NHS purchase order or full payment.
International Orders: Payment via Bank Transfer only, please remember to tell your bank to transfer the amount due in sterling as per invoice, without deducting Bank charges from the payment.
